FARRZYME™ High Avidity anti dsDNA Kit
The presence of anti-dsDNA antibodies is one of the diagnostic criteria for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) diagnosis. However low avidity anti-dsDNA antibodies are also found in patients with connective tissue disorders other than SLE. FARRZYME is a selective EIA detecting high avidity anti-dsDNA IgG class antibodies that are of value for the specific diagnosis of SLE.
Calibration
The assay is calibrated in IU/mL against the WHO reference Wo80. A five point calibration curve is generated.
