The successful candidate will be involved in the administration of customers export orders, which will include processing and checking orders, invoicing and the inputting of customs declarations. The role will also involve completing export documentation, dealing with customers via the telephone and e-mail, general office duties and dealing with couriers/freight agents.

Essential skills required are:

The role involves the management of projects, stemming from production and R&D. It will involve providing support for improvement of current products, new product development projects and facilitation of new product development into production. The successful candidate will also be involved in complaint handling and improvement projects initiated from enquiries. QA/Neqas quality control testing and sample evaluations will also be required.

The successful candidate will be involved in carrying out scheduled tasks, day to day running of chromatography and ultra filtration equipment, basic cleaning/maintenance of equipment and making buffers. The role will include product pooling, ensuring the lab is kept clean and tidy, carrying out tasks delegated by the production technicians and updating production/maintenance records. Communication concerning potential areas of improvement within production and E-archiving is also required.

We are currently looking for a Product Insert Administrator to work in our Regulatory Affairs department. The role will mainly involve organising the translation and subsequent checking, proofing and printing of product inserts in various European languages. Some assistance with various Regulatory Affairs activities, including documentation and registration functions will also be required.
