The SPAplus analyser has been exclusively developed for Binding Site Specialist Protein Assays.
 
The SPAplus is a compact, turbidimetric platform. It is fully automated enabling laboratories to maintain the quality of results and high throughput required for specialised protein assays. It can be placed alongside the laboratory’s main-line analysers or in other areas of the laboratory.
 
Pre-programmed protocols developed and manufactured by Binding Site provide highly sensitive and reproducible results that match or have greater sensitivity than nephelometry. The modular design with intuitive Windows® based software makes the SPAplus very easy to use. It is engineered to a high standard demonstrating excellent reliability with minimal daily, weekly and monthly maintenance procedures.
 
The SPAplus assay menu includes Freelite® serum free light chain assays, Hevylite® heavy chain/light chain assays, IgG and IgA subclasses plus a complement panel featuring CH50. Newly launched CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) assays (IgG, IgA, IgM and albumin) further enhance the expanding assay range on SPAplus.

AUTODIL 100

The AUTODIL 100 has been designed to complement the SPAplus system and offers a labour saving solution for creating offline dilutions that are occasionally required in conjunction with Freelite®assays.

The AUTODIL 100 is a compact, automatic dilutor with simple functionality that creates 1/100 dilutions of serum samples. With a combination of a high quality 1mL syringe and electronic stepping motor this instrument is ideal for increasing the precision and accuracy each time offline 1/100 dilutions are performed.
