The SPAPLUS is a dedicated analyser supplied by Binding Site in the USA, Canada, Germany and Austria only.
Binding Site offers the SPAPLUS analyser together with Freelite serum free light chain assays to improve the diagnosis and monitoring of Multiple Myeloma and AL amyloidosis (Freelite assays are available to run on a range of other analysers too).
New IgG Subclass and Cystatin C assays for the SPAPLUS are also available now.
